On value of free time
It seems to me that the value of free time is not coming from nature of free time itself but from relation to overall time allocation. I noticed I tend to waste time when there's a lot of free time and I am more cautious when I feel lack of free time.
On the other hand I do think there is something like burden in the nature of free time. The more free time there is, the greater the burden. So maybe it's a combination of both factors.
And I know, naming free time as some kind of burden might sound absurd. So maybe it will sound less absurd if I note that I connect such burden with topics like expectations out of life, personal productivity goals etc.
